Ares Arcology
The Fairsea IV arcology was built in the late 45th Century on Ares on the shores of the McPherson Ocean. A small arcology, designed to hold 180,000 people, it suffered Mech Plague-related failures of its internal systems during the War of Disintegration and was quickly abandoned. As the centuries passed, the sea receded and scavengers eventually established a small village of a few hundred people beneath the arcology's base. When visited by Order of Truth missionaries in the 53rd Century, the early industrial era world had thousands of such villages, still scavenging a civilization five hundred years gone.
