At Libertas

After a journey of forty-five years, the ramscoop Cityship Libertas and its twelve thousand residents arrive at Tau Ceti in 2135CE.  Drives shut down, the giant ship begins its first long orbit, a million kilometers from the world its residents name Libertas.
