During the Colonial War, the Attila class destroyer Hannibal enters the Jovian system in mid 2182CE, intent on breaking the Loyalist interdiction of the system. The Attila class destroyer was the first true space warship. Designed purely for combat, it was with equipped eight gamma laser blisters, three drone launching turrets, four tubes for the soon-to-be-standard five meter combat drones and a one hundred meter gauss gun capable of firing a one kilogram projectile at 500kps.
