Palmer at Vir 2

The exploration ship Palmer orbits Vir (Alpha Centauri A IV) during the 2184-7 expedition from the Atlantis (Alpha Centauri B IV) to the ACA planetary system. The 292 meter-long ion-propelled ship was the first long-range vessel built at Atlantis. While coasting, the crew of about one hundred lives in the four 48 meter-diameter rotating habitat rings. The forward section houses ten main operations decks, plus a bay that houses six landers, various pods and vacuum-safe cargo.

A replacement to a previous image, with a better Palmer model, and a darker Vir. Actually, the moon in the background of Moonrise Encounter, is more what I was striving for here.
